Can a DIMENSION running WinXP (Home) be left on 24/7?
I leave my DELL OPTIPLEX computer running WIN2K PRO on 24/7, and it's still perfect after 2 years.
However, I'm getting a new DELL DIMENSION 4600 with WIN XP (Home), and was wondering whether it could be left on 24/7 ? Will anything happen to it over the long-term?

The D/4600 can be left on 24/7. Personally, I switch my D/4550 off, when away from the house/office and always at nights. You can find more information on this subject here.
